Each Silvara piece is custom made to order and personalized specifically for you.

Due to the unique nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items.

 

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

 

Because production begins shortly after purchase, order changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order.
